Description
A multi-purpose dairy cream alternative that can be cooked, poured, whipped and piped. When whipped it has less than half the fat of double cream whipped and has a 3 day shelf life. Suitable for use in both sweet and savoury applications to add a creamier mouthfeel. It will support the addition of flavours, colours, sweeteners, alcohol and gelatine. When whipped under optimum conditions GlenDelight gives excellent stability and whips to 3 times its original volume.
