Andrew Ingredients Ltd is a distributor and does not manufacture any products. We have a portfolio of over a thousand lines manufactured by various producers throughout the UK and Europe. These lines are then delivered to hundreds of customers every week.
With such a diverse range of products being delivered to such a large number of customers it is impossible to complete specifications and questionnaires in customer specific formats. We continue to use our best endeavours to ensure that every listed product has an up to date specification with all relevant information in line with current legislation.
We also provide our Quality Profile which has been designed to answer the majority of your questions and which is continuously reviewed and updated to ensure it meets your needs as fully as possible.

Continuing with our focus on quality and excellence, we have achieved the BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution (AA+ Grade). This globally recognised accreditation, which applies to the storage, distribution and wholesale of bakery and food manufacturing ingredients and supplies, will provide customers with an assurance that we are working to the highest standards in supply chain management as well as delivering best practice in handling, storage and distribution of products.
With exceptionally high standards, this rigorously audited program ensures product quality, safety and legality that meets the levels increasingly demanded by customers as well as ensuring systems are stringently maintained. The auditing standards features eight sections which focus on areas including Senior Management commitment and continual improvement to process control and site standards.

The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil was established in 2004 to promote the production and use of sustainable palm oil for People, Planet and Prosperity. Andrew Ingredients is an Associate Member and has been since 2015.

Environmental Management
We have achieved British Environmental Management Standard (BS8555) Phase 2 for managing environmental impacts within our office and warehouse facility, including waste and energy management. View our certificate here. You can also view our Environmental Policy.
Some of the impressive systems installed, which include a new energy efficient gas fired boiler, solar panels, LED lighting, training and improved recycling facilities, have enabled us to determine and action a variety of measures to reduce our environmental impact and reduce associated costs across the business.
