  • Individual’s name, address, job title, company name. We do not collect more personal data than is necessary for our business relationship.

  • If you fill in a direct debit or SEPA form, we will keep these details securely for as long as you remain a customer, or until you send us updated forms.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • From contracts entered into with customers, suppliers, or partner organisations.

Andrew Ingredients operates the following data retention periods: 

If you become a customer, we will securely store your details for 7 years after your last transaction. If you do not become a customer, this period will be 2 years from submission.

When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will delete it.
