ODENSE Nougat is a hazelnut paste. It is a delicious soft nougat with a hazelnut content of 33%, which gives an intense and prominent hazelnut taste. The product is based on cocoa butter, which emphasizes the nutty taste and makes the nougat particularly suitable for all kinds of confectionery or where nougat is eaten clean. Can combine with marzipan and chocolate for confectionery or in cakes and desserts.
The nougat is stored optimally at approx. 12ยบ C and can be rolled out when it is cool.
