Method

Bee-sting, Florentines, coconut slices, almond fingers etc.

Usage ratio: 2 parts of Bienex 1 part of almonds, nuts etc.

For Florentines:

Mix the ingredients together and spread into greased rings.

Baking temperature: 200°C.

For Bee-sting:

Spread the nuts on to the dough and using a sieve, spread the Bienex on top.

Baking temperature: 200°C.
