As our business continues to thrive, so does our team. Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming five new colleagues—Paul, Trisha, Emma, Jane, and Josh. Each of them brings unique expertise and a wealth of skills to help us meet growing industry demands and maintain our commitment to exceptional service in the food and bakery sectors.
Trisha has a total of 32 years in the Food Industry, including 22 years as a dedicated sales representative. She joins our sales team, ready to share her expertise and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Paul boasts an impressive 42 years of experience in the food industry, having begun his career as a baker. He now utilises his expertise and knowledge to provide invaluable technical support to our customers.
Jane brings with her 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Retail sectors. She is based at reception so will be the first person to welcome you if you visit us!
Josh has recently left school after completing his GCSEs and working part time in a chip shop. We welcome him to the warehouse team where he will be trained, learning the ropes from the experienced staff.
Emma has recently graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Consumer Management and Food Innovation. A flair for food photography and social media content creation, she will work closely with the marketing department and Finbar in Bill’s Bakery.
