Last week, Andrew Ingredients welcomed some of our customers to the latest WorkWith event, The Art of Danish Pastry. Led by expert partners from Dragsbaek, the day offered a hands-on experience where attendees could watch live lamination demonstrations, test out different doughs and pastry structures, explore current trends, and of course sample a range of delicious Danish pastries, croissants, sausage rolls, New York Rolls and more.

Their technical team brought deep expertise to the event, showcasing variations in techniques, lamination and ingredient choice can transform texture, lift and flavour in laminated pastries.
