Following his appearance on the latest series of MasterChef, we were delighted to welcome former Andrew Ingredients placement student Adam Morrison back to Bill’s Bakery, where Rachel caught up with him to discuss all things MasterChef.
From the pressure of the famous kitchen to memorable challenges and moments behind the scenes, Adam gives an exclusive insight into his MasterChef journey. During his visit, he also recreated his iconic Treacle & Veda Bread Tart, the dish that earned him his MasterChef apron and celebrated a much-loved Northern Irish favourite.
Before his MasterChef journey, Adam completed a placement year at Andrew Ingredients, working closely with our Marketing team on a variety of projects. Reflecting on his time with us, Adam discusses how the experience and knowledge gained during his placement has supported him throughout his PhD studies.
