The Northern Ireland Best Croissant Competition 2026 celebrates the skill, precision and craftsmanship behind one of bakery’s most iconic products. The competition brings together talented bakers from across Northern Ireland, giving them the opportunity to showcase their croissant-making skills and compete for the title of Northern Ireland’s Best Croissant 2026.

Entries are now open! To take part, entrants will be asked to present six plain croissants, which will be judged on appearance, lamination skills, texture and flavour. Think your croissants have what it takes to be crowned Northern Ireland’s best?
