An economical powder concentrate which requires flour, sugar, eggs, oil and water to produces versatile cakes with an exceptionally soft, moist, clean cutting crumb. The delicious buttery flavour is an excellent base for Madeira, cherry slices, muffins and so much more. The batter and baked products are freeze/thaw stable.
