Versatile fat-based filling with nutty pistachio taste and creamy texture. May be used in patisserie and bakery laminated applications. Ideal for both pre- and post-baking applications, Carat Supercrem Pistachio 313 also has a certain bake-stability and may also be used before baking in closed applications. Suitable for fresh and frozen, as well as for certain LSL finished goods, such as dry cookies. Made with non-hydro fats.
