Description
When whipped with water can produce topping/fillings
- For a Buttercream filling; mix 125ml of cold water with 1Kg of Sweetfil and whisk for 5 to 6 minutes at a medium to high speed.
- For a lighter Buttercream; add 250ml of cold water per 1Kg of Sweetfil and whisk as above.
- By adding a further 250ml of water an even lighter filling can be produced.
- For optimum use, temper at room temperature.
