Neutral, powdered fresh cream stabilizer.
Dissolvable at 20-25°C in any liquid, versatile in use, can be flavoured with DESSERT PASTES or fruit purees, gives the cream a good stability and structure, freeze- and cut stable.
Method

For cream tortes, slices, desserts, Swiss rolls, omelettes, cut and freeze stable cream fillings and decoration cream. Usage ratio: 150 g ALASKA-EXPRESS NEUTRAL 200 g water 20°C 1000 g whipped fresh cream.
