Method
Mixing:

- Spiral - 3 minutes slow, 6 minutes fast
Scaling:
- Bloomers
- Coburg - 500-510g
Finishing after proving:
- Bloomers - at least 5 diagonal cuts
- Coburg - one cut across the top
