Method

1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add 130g of vegetable oil and 290g of water to 1kg of Brownie Mix.

2. Beat for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.

3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.

4. Deposit evenly into two trays, around 700g each.

5. Place Cookie Mix and 100g chocolate chunks into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

6. Add water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.

7. Roll cookie dough into various size balls and flatten slightly, deposit 400g of cookie balls on to each brownie tray

8. Add chocolate eggs, more chocolate chunks and white chocolate chips to decorate

9. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes
