Brownie Pies
Inspired by the viral 'Rodney Reindeer Pies' these mince pie alternatives, Brownie pies, will be a big hit this Christmas
Method

1. Place pastry shells onto a baking sheet. Roll out shortcrust pastry and cut out desired shapes
2. Mix brownie mix, oil, and water for 2-3 minutes, until smooth. Add chocolate chips at the end of mixing.
3. Add brownie batter to a piping bag. Pipe thin layer into each pastry shell, approximately 30-35g per cup.
4. Place shortcrust pastry over top of each pie, and brush with egg wash.
5. Cook at 180 for 25 minutes
6. Dust with sweet snow if desired
