Method
Place Soft and Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix and water into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater and mix for 4 minutes on slow speed until a dough is formed, blend in chocolate chips for a few seconds.
Roll out dough into a 5cm thick sausage and cut about 20 equal portions (approx. 60g each).
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 170̊C (350ºF).
Once cool, cut in half and pipe Rainbow Chocolate Frosting onto one half and sandwich together.
Pipe 2 dots of cream onto the top half, place a Smartie® on top and pipe 5th Avenue® Chocolate Icing for the eyes.
