220ml

Method

Add American Crème Cake Mix to egg in a mixer fitted with a beater and mix on 1st speed for 1 minute and 2nd speed for 3 minutes.

On 1st speed, add the oil and water and continue mixing for a further 3 minutes

Deposit 30g of batter into paper cases in muffin trays

Bake at 180ºC (360ºF) for 20 minutes

Leave to cool

Finih with a rosette of Rainbow Frosting and an edible sugar plaque
