Description
Coverdecor Dipped Hector’s Puffy Honeycomb combines the light, airy crunch of Hector’s famous honeycomb with a smooth coating of IRCA Coverdecor. A simple yet indulgent treat, finished with your choice of toppings for added colour, texture and flavour. Perfect for gifting, sharing or adding a premium touch to your confectionery range.
Ingredients
Method
1. Melt the IRCA Coverdecor until smooth and fluid (approximately 35–40°C). Stir well to ensure an even consistency.
2. Take pieces of Hector’s Puffy Honeycomb and dip each piece into the melted Coverdecor, ensuring it is fully coated.
3. Allow any excess coating to drip away before placing the coated honeycomb onto a silicone mat or parchment-lined tray.
4. Before the coating sets, finish with decorations such as freeze-dried raspberry pieces, chopped nuts, sprinkles or a drizzle of contrasting Coverdecor.
5. Leave the coated honeycomb at room temperature until the Coverdecor has fully set.
6. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
