Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix Make Up Instructions. A complete mix with only the addition of water & melted butter allows you to create waffles, American style pancakes, crepes, doughnut bites and a sweet batter

Method:
1. Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add
liquid and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
2. Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes before use (product performs better if batter is
chilled overnight).
3. Hotplate - Cook pancakes for 60-90 sec each side (until the top of the pancake
begins to bubble) on a medium heat around 200°C.

1.000Kg Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix
0.265kg Melted Butter
1.235kg Water
Method:
1. Place Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk, add
liquids and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down.
2. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute or until a smooth batter is formed
3. Follow manufactures guidance on waffle iron heat and timings.
