Ingredients

10g
Salt
500ml
Water

Method

Mix all the first ingredients together to form a dough, mixfor 10 minutes on 2nd speed.

After mixing allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Pin the dough out to a rectangle, cover half with the Sovereign AV Pastry Margarine, fold over the remaining dough.

Proceed to give it TWO Half turns. Cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Give a further TWO Half turns, cover and rest for 20 minutes.

Give it a final half turn, then proceed and finish as required.
