Slab Cake Filling
Method
Blend the Gamma and dry ingredients adding the water as mixing commences.
Beat for 10 minutes on medium speed.
Note: for heavy type slab cake filling, increase the Icing Sugar by 1.36kg to a total of 6.8kg.
