Spiced Coconut Hot Cross Buns
Method

Mix flour, Spiced Bun Conc., sugar, yeast and water for 2 + 4-5 minutes (do not overmix)

Add coconut on slow

Scale and then roll buns in untoasted coconut

Proof approx. 60 minutes

Make up Crossing Mix as per instructions and then pipe onto buns

Bake at 200⁰C (400⁰F) for 12 minutes
