Spiced Coconut Hot Cross Buns

  • Mix flour, Spiced Bun Conc., sugar, yeast and water for 2 + 4-5 minutes (do not overmix)

  • Add coconut on slow

  • Scale and then roll buns in untoasted coconut

  • Proof approx. 60 minutes

  • Make up Crossing Mix as per instructions and then pipe onto buns

  • Bake at 200⁰C (400⁰F) for 12 minutes
