Andrew Ingredients will be exhibiting at IFEX from 24th–26th February at its new venue, the Eikon Exhibition Centre! You’ll find us on stand L630, right in the heart of the show. IFEX is Ireland’s leading food, hospitality and retail exhibition, bringing together producers, suppliers, chefs and food professionals for three days of innovation, inspiration and industry connection.
Our stand will be a great opportunity to meet the Andrew Ingredients team and explore how our WorkWith concept supports customers through hands-on development, technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving. We’ll also be joined by some of our supplier partners including Macphie, Renshaw, IRCA and Dobla. Across the three days, visitors can enjoy a series of live demonstrations on the stand, showcasing our ingredients in application and sharing practical ideas you can take straight back to your business.
Supporting talent and encouraging the next generation of bakers remains central to what we do, which is why we’re proud to sponsor several key competitions at IFEX. This includes the All-Ireland Young Pastry Chef of the Year (Tim Andrew Trophy), named in honour of our Chairman. Entrants will have three hours to showcase their skills by producing 12 × Pâte de Fruits, 12 × Gluten-Free Mini Decorative Biscuits, 1 × Artisan Flavoured Bread , 1 × Fermented Bread and 2 × Identical Plated Modern Desserts.
We are also sponsoring NI Dessert of the Year, where competitors will have one hour to prepare and present two identical, innovative plated desserts, this provides a fantastic opportunity to showcase your dessert and receive industry recognition. We are proud to be sponsoring Food Photography, which is open to both professional and amateur photographers.
In addition, we are delighted to be sponsoring the Edible Art categories in partnership with Renshaw. Edible Art celebrates highly skilled, static displays that demonstrate advanced sugarcraft, bakery and decorative techniques, highlighting the creativity and craftsmanship within our industry.
