Description

Aerated gel using free range egg albumen. Light eating, melts quickly and cleanly in mouth, non-greasy. Used in conjunction with Meri-white produces soft eating mallow suitable for Snowballs, cones etc. Excellent cream filling stabiliser that will not only prevent a buttercream type filling from breaking up while trying to obtain complete covering, it will noticeably lighten the texture and give a less greasy taste.
