An easy to use flapjack mix which needs only the addition of water to produce deliciously moist, chewy, oaty baked flapjacks and cereal bars. Add value and visual appeal by including fruit, chocolate chunks, seeds or mallow. It can also be sprinkled on the top of muffins and cakes pre-baking to give an oaty crumb.
