Description

Egg yolks, butter, lemon juice and wine vinegar blended into a highly stable sauce. Made using non-hydrogenated oil and free from artificial colours and flavours. Meets FSA 2012 salt guidelines, is Gluten Free and suitable for vegetarians. Microwave, bain-marie and freeze-thaw stable.

Application

Simply heat and drizzle over fish, pasta or asparagus. It can also be used to create a variety of delicious dips. Bain-marie, microwave and freeze-thaw stable. Ultra heat treatment and aseptic packaging assures a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, and makes for easy storage.
