Description
A versatile and economical concentrate requiring the addition of water, sugar, flour, egg/egg substitute* and vegetable oil to make delicious cake muffins or loaf cakes with an incredibly moist crumb. In addition it will hold inclusions well to make flavoured muffins and fruited cakes etc. The batter and baked products are both freeze/thaw stable.
