A versatile complete mix requiring only the addition of water and vegetable oil to make delicious cake muffins or loaf cakes with an incredibly moist crumb. In addition, it will hold inclusions well to make flavoured muffins and fruited cakes etc. Batter and baked products are both freeze/thaw stable.
