Method
- Add water, vegetable oil and colouring to Mississippi Cake Mix in a machine bowl and using a beater, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
- Scrape down well and beat for approximately 6 minutes on middle speed
- Fold in fruit and deposit into either small or large bowls.
- Steam for approximately 1 ½ hours (small) 2 ½ hours (large).
