Description

An almond paste manufactured from a blend of sweet and bitter almonds, sugar, glucose syrup and preservative. Without added colour.

Application

Suitable for use on single tier cakes, also ideal for sheeting. Knead until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.How to cover a cake:Knead marzipan until pliable. Roll out to a thickness of approx. 5mm (1/4 inch) on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugarBrush cake with cool boiled, sieved apricot jam, and cover the cake with marzipanGently smooth the top and sides of the cake, trimming any excess with a knife.
