- 1.59 kg 3 lbs 8 oz kg Evaporated Milk
- 1.36 L 5.712 cups Plain or Milk Chocolate (melted)
- Chocolate Colour
Chocolate Fudge Topping
Method
Blend the Gamma margarine, icing sugar and evaporated milk on slow speed till smooth.
Add the chocolate slowly to the mixture on medium speed.
Continue beating for 3-4 minutes on slow speed.
