Method

1. Follow the instructions on the back of the Belcolade bag to temper the chocolate

2. Once the chocolate has been tempered get cake pop moulds and place cake pop sticks in each mould

3. Pour the chocolate into a piping bag and pipe the chocolate into the mould

4. Place a Dobla chocolate gingerbread man into the chocolate while it is still melted and sprinkle with sprinkles

5. Place into the fridge and let set

6. Once set, heat milk in the microwave and stir in the stirrer to make a hot chocolate
