Deliciously minty and chocolately, these green brownies are the perfect St Patrick's Treat!
Ingredients
290g
Water
60g
Favorich Dark Chocolate Chip 44%
Method
1. Add Macphie Brownie Mix to a machine bowl fitted with a beater, and mix on 1st speed for 30 seconds.
2. Add the oil, and beat on 1st speed for approximately 30 seconds.
3. Add the water and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed, and scrape down.
4. Add 100g chocolate chips. Mix for a further 1 minute on 1st speed.
5. Bake at 30-35 minutes at 190C
6. Allow to cool
7. Heat Peppermint Fudge until runnier consistency
8. Spread fudge icing over brownies. Before fully set sprinkle over remaining 60g of chocolate chips
