- 1 kg 2 lbs 3 oz kg Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 0.36 kg 0 lbs 13 oz kg Ballyrashane Unsalted Butter 20x500g
Halloween Cookies
Method
Place Macphie Shortbread Mix and softened butter in a mixer
Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is forme
Pin out to required thickness
Cut out shapes using Halloween-shaped cookie cutters
Place onto baking tray and bake at 170-185ºC (350-380ºF) for 18 minutes
Leave to cool, finish with 5th Avenue® Icings
