- Boeson-Trennwax Liquid ‘ELV’ is, at room temperature, an anhydrous (water free) yellowish, viscous release agent.
- It contains magnesium stearate which may settle in the tin after a while - please shake before using.

Usage
A release agent for baking moulds, baking sheets and steel belts. Specially suitable for items with a high sugar and/or albumen content.

- Hand applied by cloth, brush
- By spraying equipment
- By belt greasing machines

Application
- 25 to 30°C
- Must be applied very sparingly - an extremely fine/thin film of release agent is all that is required
