Ingredients
350ml
Water
400g
Lemon Vodka
Method
- Add the Lemon Sensation to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
- On 1st speed slowly add the water and oil and mix for 1 minute.
- Scrape down and continue mixing for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed.
- Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
- Deposit 5kg of batter into 18” x 30” tray.
- Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
- When cool cut into required sizes and dip into a blend of lemon vodka and butter.
- Drain off excess and roll in SweetSnow.
