Boozy Lemon Stollen using Macphie Lemon Sensation Mix

  • Add the Lemon Sensation to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.

  • On 1st speed slowly add the water and oil and mix for 1 minute.

  • Scrape down and continue mixing for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed.

  • Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.

  • Deposit 5kg of batter into 18” x 30” tray.

  • Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.

  • When cool cut into required sizes and dip into a blend of lemon vodka and butter.

  • Drain off excess and roll in SweetSnow.

  • Alternatively use Apple & Cinnamon Cake Sensations Mix with Calvados.
