Soft marshmallow, chewy Dewdrops and crunchy Biscoff Biscuits covered in Kiron White drops makes for an easy and cost effective sweet treat for your customers
Ingredients
Method
- Melt together the Kiron and the butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals and stir between intervals
- Mix the melted Kiron and butter mixture into the biscuits, dewdrops and marshmallows until combined
- Line a deep loaf tin and spoon the Rocky Road mixture in and sprinkle the freeze dried raspberries on top
- Allow to set for at least 2 hours
- Remove from the tin and cut into slices
