Description
These light, fluffy mini pancakes are made using Macphie Complete Waffle and Pancake Mix, delivering consistent results and excellent eating quality. Finished with a selection of indulgent toppings including chocolate, pistachio, fruit and marshmallow, they’re a versatile base for creative, high-impact pancake offerings

Water
50g
Strawberries

Pistachios chopped

Method
- Place Macphie complete waffle and pancake mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle
- Add the water gradually and mix on slow speed for 30 seconds, scrape down.
- Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Let sit for 10 mins
- On a hot plate place teaspoon amounts of batter and allow to bubble and then flip and repeat
- Decorate as desired.
