- 1.15 kg 2 lbs 9 oz kg Sugar Tate & Lyle Gran (Cane)
- 0.45 kg 0 lbs 16 oz kg Eggs
- 3.7 kg 8 lbs 3 oz kg Carr's Bakers Flour
Short Crust Pastry
Method
Mix the Sovereign AV Cake margarine and the sugar thoroughly together, do not cream.
Add the egg and mix in on slow speed.
Finally add the flour and mix to a smooth dough.
The egg can if required be replaced by water.
