5th Avenue Caramel Icing is ready to use fudge icing, containing caramel flavouring. It is fast drying, more freeze/thaw stable than fondant, and does not crack or harden. 5th Avenues are available in seven flavours: White, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Lemon, Strawberry, Caramel and Coffee.
