Use up your leftover or off-cuts of Christmas cake for these Christmas Cake Pops!
Ingredients
500g
Leftover Christmas Cake
400g
IRCA Coverdecor White Chocolate
Method
- Heat the Christmas cake in a microwave in a microwavable bowl
- Place the cake into a mixer and mix until a dough forms
- Take some of the Christmas dough and place into cake pop moulds with lollipop sticks and leave in the fridge or freezer to set
- Heat the Coverdecor in the microwave until melted
- Dip the cake pops in and cover in the Coverdecor
- Place a Dobla decoration on each cake pop
