Leftover Christmas Cake
400g
IRCA Coverdecor White Chocolate

Method

  1. Heat the Christmas cake in a microwave in a microwavable bowl
  2. Place the cake into a mixer and mix until a dough forms
  3. Take some of the Christmas dough and place into cake pop moulds with lollipop sticks and leave in the fridge or freezer to set
  4. Heat the Coverdecor in the microwave until melted
  5. Dip the cake pops in and cover in the Coverdecor
  6. Place a Dobla decoration on each cake pop
