Simple but delicious, Pistachio White Chocolate Crispy Bars
Ingredients
Method
• Melt 800 g of white drops, then stir in 200 g of IRCA Chococream Pistachio until fully combined
• Combine mixture with crisp rice
• Press into mould/sheet. Allow to set
• Melt the remaining 600 g of white drops. Mix in the remaining 80 g of pistachio cream, then spread evenly over the crisp rice mixture.
• Sprinkle with crushed pistachios
• Cut to serve
