A sweet alternative to dairy cream. Subtle vanilla flavour. Non greasy eating texture. Long shelf life on finished product. Ambient stable when whipped. Suitable for piping or spreading. Takes additions e.g. curd, praline, flavours, colours and chocolate. All vegetable oil blend.

Ingredients
Method
1. Whisk by machine on top speed for 5 minutes.
2. Scrape down and whisk for a further 5 to 7 minutes on medium speed.
3. Make any additions in last 2 minutes of whipping.
4. Do not overload mixing bowl. Allow 2kg per 12 litre of bowl capacity.
5. Apply to cake, using pallet knife or piping bag.
