Method
1. Blend fat with dry ingredients, add water and mix. Spiral Mixer – 2 mins slow, 3 mins fast. Planetary Mixer: 30 seconds first speed, 2 minutes second speed.
2. Process immediately into required shapes. Rest for 20 minutes before baking. Baking temp. 225°C
