Description
Viennese mix is an easy to use pipeable mix, which requires only an addition of margarine or butter for the production of lovely golden crunchy biscuits that melt in the mouth.
Ingredients
Method
Place the Viennese Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
Add the fat which is suitably soft.
Mix on slow speed for approximately 30 seconds or until fat is dispersed.
Mix for a further 5 minutes on second speed.
Deposit using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle onto a silicone lined baking tray.
Bake at 190ºC (375ºF) for 15 minutes.
